Please note that scheduled equipment upgrades will be carried out on the company's network at Almaty-1 station from June 24, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+5) with service interruptions of up to 360 minutes.
During the upgrade, all B2C channels will be affected for clients on the FTTK in Almaty 2.
The following channels will be affected:
VLAN 2573 subscribers at the following residential complexes: Terekti Park, Zhanya, Qalgary City, Alma City, Alem City, Buta Fenomen, Nurly Dala, Almaly
Starlink service
