Directorate Meeting Held at “Transtelecom” JSC with Participation of Regional Branches and Central Office
“Transtelecom” JSC held a directorate meeting attended by the Chairman of the Management Board, Suyenish Abdildin, managing directors of regional branches, and representatives from the central office.
All key executives gathered in Astana to review the results of 2024, align on priorities, and define the direction for 2025.
As part of the meeting, a strategic session was also held, during which growth areas were identified for both the regional branches and the central office. Each region had the opportunity to openly outline its objectives, raise issues, and receive feedback in direct dialogue with the company’s leadership.
Key projects, challenges, opportunities, and plans for the first phase of the year were discussed, along with goals related to digitalization, customer service, and internal processes.
The focus was on synchronized actions and a shared understanding of objectives.
The directorate served as a unifying moment for the team and a critical step toward coordinated progress.
