TTC Participates in a Strategic Meeting on Digitalization of Healthcare in Mangystau Region
Transtelecom JSC, as a leading integrator of digital solutions, took part in a meeting organized by the Mangystau Regional Healthcare Department.
TTC was represented by Acting Director of Business Development at Aktau TTC, Arman Belgiyev. Heads of medical institutions from the region were also present.
The agenda included key issues concerning the digital transformation of the healthcare system, specifically:
- Integration and interoperability of information systems used in medical institutions;
- Technical equipment of medical facilities and the need for its modernization;
- Risks related to cyber threats and protection of personal medical data;
- The relevance of improving digital literacy among medical staff.
Arman Belgiyev presented TTC’s pilot projects aimed at addressing existing challenges in digitalization, emphasizing the reliability, scalability, and security of the proposed IT solutions. Special attention was given to digital hygiene and training staff on secure handling of medical data and systems.
The presented solutions included:
- Video surveillance with intelligent analytics – cameras supporting behavioral analytics that detect suspicious actions, violations, and other incidents. Automatic notification to monitoring teams or responsible persons is possible.
- Access control system – modern access management tools ranging from card readers to biometric systems. Different access levels are configured by zones: for visitors and medical staff depending on their roles. All entry-exit actions are recorded and centrally monitored.
- Automatic fire alarm system – sensors, panels, and alert system integrated with video control panels. Fire signals are instantly sent to a centralized control center and can be forwarded directly to emergency services.
- Panic buttons at key points (offices, security posts, registration desks, wards). When activated, signals are immediately sent to the monitoring center or duty unit, allowing prompt response to emergencies or threats.
Local and structured cabling networks. The project includes building modern network infrastructure: laying gigabit local area networks, configuring server rooms and switching equipment, as well as installing Wi-Fi points. This ensures stable operation of all IT systems.
The presentation sparked lively interest among meeting participants and received positive feedback. TTC continues to confidently move toward its goal of ensuring sustainable digital development of key life sectors, including healthcare, throughout Kazakhstan.
