Announcement of a request for commercial proposals

To implement the project "Construction of high-speed Internet access networks in the Republic of Kazakhstan", we request the submission of commercial proposals for the development of design and estimate documentation by 6:00 PM on December 25 of this year, including the following types of work

• Performing geodetic works;
• Performing geological works;
• Obtaining technical conditions;
• Developing a land management project;
• Submitting the land management project for approval to the Department of Land Relations;
• Developing design and estimate documentation (hereinafter referred to as the DED);
• Submitting a draft calculation of the biologically dangerous zone of the ZSSS for obtaining a Sanitary and epidemiological conclusion;
• Submitting an application for the provision of a land plot;
• Submitting a statement of projected activity;
• Developing the  "Environmental Impact Assessment" section (hereinafter referred to as the EIA);
• Coordinating and approving the DED with the General Customer;
• Submitting an announcement to the media for a public EIA hearing;
• Conducting public hearings;
• Passing an environmental assessment;
• Passing a comprehensive non-departmental examination.
• The costs in the commercial proposal should be provided by type of work, on average per 1 kilometer of fiber-optic communication line (FOCL).
