About the report
Transtelecom Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter - the Company, Transtelecom JSC) hereby presents to the reader's attention the Annual Integrated Report of the Company for the year 2018. This report covers key performance indicators, necessary information for consumers, investors and partners, as well as the prospects for Company's further development. The Company also focuses on high standards of corporate governance and sustainability.
Transtelecom JSC seeks to submit on time complete information about results of its performance that meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Since 2015, Transtelecom JSC publishes annual reports that cover information about results of its operations and sustainability, in particular, on issues of labor and environmental protection, industrial safety and social responsibility.
To make the Integrated Report useful and concise, we included to it the links to additional sources of information, including to the Company's website.
General information
The drawing up of integrated annual reports is important for improvement of the information transparency of the Company and also contributes to effectiveness of internal business processes.
Reporting period and report boundary
The reporting period is from January 1 to December 31, 2018. Company's performance indicators are presented in dynamics for 2016, 2017, 2018.
Information about financial and economic results is provided in financial statements as of December 31, 2018 and published on the corporate website at www.ttc.kz. All financial performance indicators of Transtelecom JSC are expressed in tenge in accordance with the audited financial statements prepared in conformity with IFRS.
Integrated report has been drawn up in English, Russian and Kazakh languages and will be posted on the corporate website: www.ttc.kz.
Report determination process
In an effort to fully and objectively cover the results of its activities, the Company discloses in its Reports both the achievements and difficulties of the reporting period.
The report covers a wide range of issues in accordance with the Company's priorities, including long-term economic growth of the Company, labor and environmental protection, human assets development.
The information in the report is comprehensible for stakeholders and the general public, does not include complex technical terminology and generally does not contain information requiring special technical, technological and economic knowledge and skills. The information in the Report is reliable. The Report includes charts, tables and graphs for a more visual and accessible presentation of the material as well as list of abbreviations.

The information provided in the Report relates to the future events and is based on predictions.
