Transtelecom Joint Stock Company is one of the largest telecommunications operators in the Republic of Kazakhstan, specialising in telecommunications, digitalisation and system integration in the IT, communications, automation and energy fields.

The main objectives of JSC Transtelecom’s activities are:

  • receiving profit from commercial activities and using it in the interests of shareholders;
  • creating modern information and telecommunication networks on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their integration into the world network of IT-technologies;
  • providing various types of advanced technologies to consumers in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.

The primary task of the company remains to improve the quality of communication and services provided in the territory of Kazakhstan through development and modernisation of networks.

Transtelecom JSC operates as a telecom operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan and specialises in providing a wide range of telecommunication and info-communication services, including international, long-distance, local telephony and Internet access services, as well as backbone communication lines.

Transtelecom JSC strives to develop transit potential and increase transit telecommunication flows through Kazakhstan, as it has a network of fiber-optic backbone communication lines, providing communication with international operators of the Russian Federation, the People’s Republic of China, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Turkmen Republic (under implementation).

Transtelecom JSC has a nationwide service network consisting of 14 branches and its own network of 9 data centres.
