Dear shareholders, investors,
partners, and clients!

This year has been a time not only of strengthening our position but also of making strategic decisions that have stabilized our company in the telecommunications market.

This year has been a time not only of strengthening our position but also of making strategic decisions that have stabilized our company in the telecommunications market.

Thus, S&P Global Ratings international ratings agency confirmed the credit rating of Trantelecom JSC at the «B» level, improving the outlook from «negative» to «stable,» and also raised the Company’s rating on the national scale.

This was achieved, in part, thanks to the expansion of our international capabilities. We successfully signed strategic memorandums to increase capacity at inter-network junctions with Chinese telecommunications operators on the Kazakhstan border, reinforcing our position in the region.

Our work in the Uzbek market continues, where we launched a project with British Telecom to improve transit capacity between Almaty and Tashkent. This step not only strengthens our partnership with leading global operators but also enhances our ability to provide reliable communication services in the region.

In partnership with MTS PJSC, we successfully implemented a new inter-network junction on the Kazakhstan-Russia border, enabling us to offer new innovative services while significantly enhancing our market presence.

Kazakhstan’s expansion on the international market is part of our mission in the industry – to bring digital prosperity to Kazakh citizens.

Furthermore, we have been working on the implementation of new technologies to create a modern information network and increase bandwidth.

In the field of technological and digital initiatives, we are successfully leveraging Big Data, artificial intelligence, and process automation.

Environmental initiatives also remain a priority for us. We have developed automated systems for monitoring emissions of harmful substances, contributing to the environmentally sustainable development of our business.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I extend my gratitude to all the company’s employees, as well as our partners and clients, for their unwavering support and trust. We are ready for new challenges and are confident that through our joint efforts, we will continue to grow and develop further.

Dear shareholders,
partners and colleagues!

On behalf of the Company, I present to your attention the annual report for 2023, reflecting the key points in various areas of Transtelecom JSC activities.

2023 was a challenging year for the company. We underwent several optimization processes, continuing to feel the instability of the global IT services market. Nevertheless, Transtelecom JSC continued to successfully fulfill its obligations to partners, customers and employees.

The company closed 2023 with impressive results.

The company’s debt load on loans and bonds was significantly reduced.

We achieved a record net profit of 10.8 billion tenge, the best in the last 4 years.

As part of the implementation of the order of the Head of State and the “Technological breakthrough through digitalization, science and innovation” national project, Transtelecom JSC has successfully completed the construction of a Data Processing Center (DPC) for 200 IT racks in Astana. This data center will ensure stable, trouble-free and secure operation of IT resources for state electronic services.

Also, the team of Transtelecom JSC is actively developing projects on automated systems for monitoring emissions of harmful substances for 9 industrial enterprises of the ERG Eurasian group. This allows to transfer data to the Unified Information System for Emissions Monitoring, track pollutant emissions in real time and notify citizens about the state and quality of atmospheric air.

In 2023, the unique web-based Public Cloud TTC platform was successfully launched, providing customers with instant access to computing resources.

This product, developed in partnership with Fibo Cloud Ltd, has become an effective alternative to traditional rental methods, providing service flexibility.

After more than two years of negotiations with Yandex, a long-term contract for Co-location services was concluded. Special attention is paid to Smart Hands service for maintenance of Yandex server and network equipment.

In order to ensure road safety, a project was implemented with the Akimat of Turkestan region, within the framework of which 54 hardware and software complexes were installed on the highways in Turkestan region.

We have introduced innovative services in the education sector, such as FoodCard, E-HUB and Comfortable Schools, which helps to improve the educational environment and comfort for students.

An important step in our environmental strategy was the creation of the “System for Early Detection of Forest Fires” hardware and software complex for Kokshetau SNNP, which demonstrates our responsibility to the environment and the importance of preserving natural resources.

For our anchor partner, KTZ NC JSC, we implemented the E-Telegram project for the integrated management of sending and receiving telegrams in electronic format, which improves interaction between all elements of the corporate structure and processes in this area.

In a competitive environment, the FDO service of Transtelecom JSC, which occupies more than 40% of the FDO services market, is developing. The total number of cash registers in the country is more than 1 million units.

In the B2C segment, we achieved 34% revenue growth in 2023, and our subscriber base grew by 18% year-on-year to more than 115,000 subscribers in 2022.

Last but not least, according to the results of The Talentist employer brand perception survey, Transtelecom JSC ranked first in the telecommunications services segment. This testifies to the high appreciation of our professionalism and approaches to working with employees.

I am confident that the achieved results and accumulated experience will allow us to move forward, implementing new projects and strengthening our market position. I thank shareholders, partners and employees for their trust and support
