SIP trunk is a virtual communication channel between the company providing digital telephony services and the client station. It enables to connect the required amount of numbers.
Services for the transmission of alphanumeric messages (telegrams) over a distance with their mandatory recording at the point of reception, carried out by electrical signals transmitted by wires and/or radio signals. A distinctive feature is documentation: the message is delivered to the addressee in the form of printed (less often handwritten) text.
Services on provision of access to the Internet network on ADSL technology allows to use telephone simultaneously with information transmission. Voice traffic transmission with simultaneous data transmission via asymmetric data transmission channel is provided.

One of the promising directions of activity and expansion of information services of Transtelecom JSC is IT-outsourcing, solution of tasks related to design, operation and maintenance of information and technical systems of organisations.
For organisations that do not belong to the information technology market, IT-support is included in the category of auxiliary processes. Due to the growing complexity of IT infrastructure and its management, as well as the shortage of staff, many organisations consider IT outsourcing as a real solution to the above problems.
FIn the course of project implementation it is proposed to outsource all functions of information and communication complex and consolidate its ICT-structure: centralisation of tasks of development, implementation, management, operation and service support of information and communication systems in the management of info-telecommunication operator.
Thus, Transtelecom JSC concentrates in its hands many similar tasks, thereby increasing productivity and quality of their fulfillment. This is the social and economic sense of specialisation of the service strategy on IT-outsourcing.
