I am pleased to present to you the Annual Report for 2018 on behalf of the Management Board of Transtelecom JSC

The year 2018 has become for us a year of stable growth and market share increase through development of drivers of technological advantages and improvement of the company's brand positioning.

In compliance with our Strategy, the share of Transtelecom JSC revenue from IT services sale over the past year increased and amounted to 24.4% of total income from core activities. The prove of positive dynamics is the increase in sales revenue from satellite communications and data transmission services, which grew by 33%, international transit services - by 9%, Internet access services - by 8%.

Transtelecom JSC also continues to support the digitalization vector in the country, remaining a reliable partner of the state: the Company since 2017 provides free Internet access at all Population Service Centers (PSCs) in Astana.

As part of the Digital Kazakhstan Program, Transtelecom JSC ICOs, which contributes to the further dynamic growth of the Kazakhstan ICT industry. At Astana Hub international presentation of the technology park of IT startups, Transtelecom JSC launched an ICO launch laboratory built under the blockchain technology. The platform is a fully domestic development and is designed to attract investment capital.

One of the priorities of Transtelecom JSC is to support talented youth. The Company annually holds active educational events. And as we approach the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan, one of these events was the Academic Competition of TTC which elicited a wide response among graduates of the country's universities. Speaking as a leader of opinions, Transtelecom JSC became the organizer of the "TTC cup" - the first corporate cyber tournament on DOTA 2 for non-professionals with the participation of teams from various companies of Kazakhstan. Transtelecom JSC also took part in “The Second Five-Year Plan of Industrialization. Made in Kazakhstan" the national teleconference.

Through the development and improvement of the corporate governance system, we are aimed at systematization and improvement of the current procedures and processes. They are focused on identification of new drivers for system efficiency growth, searching for mechanisms and methods that accelerate routine procedures to free up TOP management time for more intellectually complex tasks and making objective, balanced, well-thought-out decisions.
