Registrar
The Company maintains the register of holders of the Company's registered securities by Single Securities Registrar Joint Stock Company.
Single Securities Registrar Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Single Registrar") was established by Resolution No.1 of 01.12.2011 of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and registered on January 11, 2012 by Almaty Department of Justice.
The unified registrar began provision of services for its activities from January 1, 2014.
The key objective of the Single Registrar is to carry out activities to maintain the system of registers of securities holders and other activities subject to implementation in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the securities market.
Since January 1, 2014, the Single Securities Registrar JSC was the registrar of Transtelecom JSC, however, on the basis of paragraph 13 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 02, 2018 No. 166-VI “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of insurance and insurance activities, the securities market”, the Single Registrar is obliged to carry out the reorganization procedure by January 1, 2019 in the form of a merger with Central Securities Depository JSC. Since January 01, 2019, the Central Securities Depository has become the full assignee of all the rights and obligations of the Single Registrar.
