    • Consulting in the field of information security is a set of services provided to the customer in order to determine:
    • the organization's current (maturity) level of information security in accordance with industry standards, best international practises for providing information security, and the efficacy of addressing current threats to information security;
    • information security development, objectives and tasks to be solved, taking into account the strategic development goals of the organisation;

  11. Introduction of a distance learning and testing system
    Provision of comprehensive turnkey information technology work, including software supply, information system implementation, and equipment supply (if required), as part of the DLTS project.

  17. SIP telephony
    Voice signal transmission services over the Internet or over any other IP networks.
  18. SIP-trunk
    A SIP trunk is a virtual communication channel between a company providing digital telephony services and a customer station. It allows you to connect the required number of phone numbersв.
  19. Telegraphic communication
    Services for the long-distance transmission of alphanumeric messages (telegrams), which must be recorded at the point of reception, using wired or wireless electrical signals. A distinctive feature is documentary: the message is delivered to the addressee in the form of printed (less often handwritten) text.
  20. Providing access to the internet using adsl technology
    ADSL technology allows to use the telephone simultaneously with data transmission. It ensures the transmission of voice traffic with simultaneous data transmission via asymmetric data channel.
  21. Providing access to the internet using FTTB/FTTX/GPON technology
    Internet access via optical fibre, which reaches the border of the building, optical penetration to the subscriber, i.e., the ability of the optical node to provide access to an average of 100-250 subscribers.
  22. Providing access to the internet via ethernet technology
    Internet access services over ETHERNET technology support data transfer rates of up to 100 GB per second.
  23. Rent of IP VPN channels (VPN) communications
    Creation of a geographically distributed, secure corporate data network for customers. organisation of secure corporate IP networks based on IP/MPLS technology. the service enables you to connect organizational structural divisions (association of offices) or networks of businesses/partners in the city, in regional settlements, as well as throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
  24. Rental of digital channels
    Data transmission services with point-to-point topology between geographically distributed offices of the customer's company, Nx64kbps bandwidth and the necessary end equipment.
  25. Rental of data transmission channels when connecting via satellite stations
    Data transmission services of any type throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on satellite systems.
  26. Joining the telecommunica-tions network of the society of telecommunications networks of fixed-line telephone operators
    Services for the connection of a third-party telecommunications operator to Transtelecom's network for the provision of telephone communication services.
  27. Connection to the law enforcement support system control panel
    Services for connecting customers/third-party operators to the LESS control panel on Transtelecom's telecommunications network.
  28. International transit
    The service is built on its own DWDM backbone and implemented on one of the country's largest fiber-optic communication line (FOCL), with a length of more than 24 thousand km.
  29. Peer-to-peer
    An agreement between internet service providers to exchange traffic between their networks and the technical interaction that implements this agreement: connecting networks and exchanging network routing information via the BGP protocol.
  30. TTC TV interactive TV platform
    The platform includes all the necessary components to deploy a modern and scalable interactive TV service, from transcoding to cdn and client applications for all popular devices.

Retail business
development
(B2C segment)

B2C revenue CAGR (compound annual growth rate) for 2020-2022 averaged 26%. In 2022, a 21% increase in revenues over 2021. the growth of concluded contracts on the Partner Network by 2021 is more than ~2 times.

Regarding the OTT TV service, in 2022, TTS TV mobile application for Android, iOS, and Smart TV smartphones was implemented, the channel line-up was increased from 120 to 149, and Premier online cinema was added, allowing users to watch exclusive movies and entertainment content.

The Retail Business Development Segment carried out a number of business process optimisation and transformation activities, which improved some of the customer interaction processes in the telecommunications services market, thus:

  • the process of connecting subscribers from the contact centre operators to the sales service and the connection group is unified and regulated;
  • the process of connecting subscribers to 1 application with a 6-fold reduction in paper usage is optimised;
  • improvements to measure subscriber connection speeds have been made as part of a customer-centric approach;

International B2O business For many years, Transtelecom has been active in providing quality communications services in both the domestic and international markets. Our partners are the biggest businesses for which having access to high-quality telecommunications services is a must.

The company's main partners over the years have included well-known international telecom operators such as: British Telecom, ChinaTelecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, RETN, Veon, MegaFon, Orange, etc., which demonstrates the ability to conduct reliable cooperation at the highest international level.

Partnership with Russia


Joint work with operators of the Russian Federation is actively carried out and Transtelecom is the first operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with which MTS organised network interconnection.

  • 2022 – Network interconnection with MTS PJSC on the RK/RF border was organized

  • The contribution of B20 for 2022 amounted to 6.2 billion tenge without VAT, increased by 57% compared to the previous year.
  • Expenses amounted to 3.5 billion tenge without VAT, reduced by 35% compared to the previous year.

By the end of 2022, the operator business has achieved the following indicators:

  1. The total purchased capacity of external Internet channels has been increased by 10%, while the cost per 1 Mbit/s has been reduced by 10%.
  2. Internet traffic exchange service (Peering with the network of Transtelecom) has been implemented, which is designed for large operators of the RoK and allows reducing the load on external Aplinks and delays on content within Kazakhstan.

The goal of B2KTZ's work is to increase the calibre of the products and services delivered, build a unified digital platform on the foundation of our Transtelecom by taking an individualised approach to each task, making solutions complex, utilising the newest technologies in task execution, and fostering a positive public perception of Transtelecom.

In 2022, a tremendous amount of work has been done to multiply the work and services provided, including:

  • an agreement with KTZ to increase the provision of server capacity;
  • operational and technological communication (OTC) for train traffic management (TTM) in Astana was organise;
  • transfer into controlled operation of the project "System of interval regulation of train traffic on the basis of a radio channel";
  • provision of new 1st and 2nd IT line technical support service for KTZ EXPRESS JSC;
  • launch of a pilot "Wireless Communication" project for corporate communication;
  • SDH Upgrade – upgrade of SDH equipment (Luccent, Marconi) to Huawei equipment (SDH+IP MPLS) at 411 stations.
