Transtelecom has developed a number of measures aimed at supporting the country's residents during the state of emergency in Kazakhstan, providing communication services even in the event of existing subscriber debts.

TTC expanded the list of partner universities by signing memoranda with 20 educational institutions, including S. Demirel University, Astana IT University, Turan-Astana, Safi Utebayev Atyrau University of Oil and Gas.
Transtelecom, Plug and Play, and Astana Hub announced the start of accepting applications from Kazakhstani start-ups. Priority was given to 5G projects and cloud solutions, cybersecurity, blockchain technologies, Web3, artificial intelligence, and business process automation;
Transtelecom and Astana IT University have agreed to open a lab for the development of open standards for cellular networks in Kazakhstan. the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

Employees of Transtelecom project team received an international certificate under the accredited programme for data centre operations in accordance with the Uptime Institute Tier Standard;
Transtelecom has launched a new TTC TV app. Now subscribers have the opportunity to watch their favourite TV shows anytime and anywhere.

Kyzylorda branch of Transtelecom and Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University started training specialists under dual training programme;
Participation in the Profit Cloud Day conference in Almaty. the event was dedicated to cloud technologies, data centres, and big data in Kazakhstan;
ЗConclusion of a Memorandum of Cooperation with S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University. the goal is to develop promising areas of cooperation in the field of educational activities and science.
Participation in the Capacity Middle East 2022 International Conference in Dubai;
Participation in the Atyrau Oil and Gas exhibition, where digital solutions for the oil and gas industry were presented;
Completion of the recruitment of start-ups into the Plug and Play accelerator programme.

Revision of staff salaries. 3,000 employees received a salary increase. the main emphasis was placed on working specialties.
Start of work on the Internet in the village of Kokterek, Akmola region;
Aktobe branch of Transtelecom, together with Kcell, laid a FOCL to Bozoi village of Aktobe region, where there was no Internet before.
Participation in the Eurasian Economic Forum in Kyrgyzstan.

Provision of access to the Internet for visitors of the Zerendinsky Lake of the National Park "Kokshetau" and the checkpoint of the National Park "Altyn-Emel";
A grand opening and presentation of a backup Data Processing Centre was held in Karaganda as part of a project to build a disaster-resistant IT infrastructure for Sberbank SB JSC.
Transtelecom successfully passed the full cycle of Design Documents due diligence and received the Tier III Design Documents certificate. It confirms that the data centre infrastructure is fully compliant with international requirements;
Meeting with representatives of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R JSC from Novorosiysk. Transtelecom's services were discussed, along with the potential for cooperation;
Participation in the international conference Astana Finance Days 2022.

Results of the accelerator programme conducted jointly with Plug and Play Kazakhstan.

The first subscriber of Tobol settlement in Kostanay region was connected within the framework of the investment project 2022 "WBA Tobol";
Launch of Eagle corporate project managers club.

Participation of employees in extinguishing fires in the territory of Kostanay region;
Participation in KazHackStan – a large-scale practical conference on cyber security in Central Asia;
Presentation of the project of a smart flood and flood monitoring system to the Department of Emergency of the Aktobe region. the system allows remote monitoring of the level of the water mirror of various reservoirs (rivers, lakes, and seas) on the selected site;
Participation in the international forum Kazan digital week 2022 in Tatarstan. Transtelecom presented a number of its services and promising projects in the fields of design and construction, cyber security, cloud computing, and IT solutions.

Provision of Internet access at the Meeting of the Council of Heads of CIS States;
Presentation of cloud services at the Data Centre&Cloud Kazakhstan conference;
Participation in the VIII Eurasian Antimonopoly Forum in Almaty; At the meeting, the issues of new players entering the cellular communications market as well as the growth of competition in related telecommunications markets were brought up.
On the eve of the Republic Day celebration, 27 employees of Transtelecom, who have great merits in the communications industry, were honoured with high awards from the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry.

Transtelecom celebrated its 23rd anniversary;
Installation of security alarms and video surveillance systems in Kyzylorda schools.

Transtelecom declared its intent to connect 50,000 households in the Kyzylorda region to the Internet and digital television by 2025;
On the eve of the New Year, employees of Transtelecom together with the Association of Disabled Children presented gifts to the kids.
